Floral Design Project

I had the pleasure of working with a great couple {Candace + Bryce} to create their wedding invitations... and I threw out the idea of creating their floral arrangements. They had seen other projects I had worked on using succulents and were set on taking me up on my offer! The big question was how to get the arrangements to Joshua Tree...? 

It all fell in to place when my good friend Jen of Jen CYK Photography agreed to photograph the event! Jen was able to "deliver" the arrangements as well as capture the beautiful desert wedding in her images. To see more photos of the wedding, click here.

I was very lucky to have this amazing opportunity to create some centerpieces and design a bouquet + boutonniere (made by Devynn's Garden). It was a very memorable experience for me and I truly put my heart in to my work!

 {Bespoke Home website design} 

 

I had a great opportunity to work with a friend of mine- Julie Schneider www.julieschneider.com to create this custom website! The company Bespoke Home is a specialty store in Palo Alto that offers high-end custom monogramming and I'm so happy I was able to work on their site! Julie had created their logo and a basic template for the home page and I took it from there. The following pictures are the samples of my portion of the work which was then handed off to the programmer to work their magic.

Wildlife Field Guide - Illustrations by Vivian Moore

Vivi's 5th Birthday Party was so much fun- she truly is a nature girl at heart! Vivi is always collecting "nature" and "sciencing" it. Any new flower she finds, she is compelled to take it apart to see what's inside. Bushes, trees, flowers- are her favorite things to be surrounded by. Our car is turning in to a sort of compost pile- all the "nature" scraps are scattered along the floor. But we have to love and appreciate the excitement she has to do "research" on her found leaves, seeds, blossoms, twigs. This special 5th birthday, her love of nature was the inspiration for the party!

Family Picture Time!

{Moore Family Tea Party + Photoshoot}

Family photo time- here are some images from our tea party in the lemon groves taken by Jen Cyk Photography. I thought it would be fun to make our family photoshoot more of an activity instead of just saying "smile at the camera." I brought a ton of props from home- cozy, bright-colored pillows, a blanket, a suitcase full of jewelry for getting fancified, and of course a mini tea party set for the girls to enjoy playing with!  I wanted the photos to be colorful as well as reflect things we love! Thank you, Jen- for taking beautiful pictures of my family- it was a fun and memorable night for us!
